Hello SCE Parents,
Friday, December 16th is the Class Winter Party Day and the Abbreviated 2 Hour Day.
We are excited to have Parents, Grandparents and Guadians be allowed to come to our Holiday Parties this year!
If you would like to be a part of your child’s class party, we need you to follow these rules to keep all children safe:
- Make sure you are in our Raptor Entry System by having your driver’s license scanned in the SCE Front Office by end of day on Wednesday, December 14th
- All Visitors on Friday MUST wear a SCE Visitor Badge
- Check your child’s backpack – visitor stickers will be sent home on Thursday
- If you don’t have a sticker for a visitor, that person will have to show their ID in the Front Office and will have to wait before going to the classroom – this line could get very long, causing a long delay to get to the classrooms
- If wearing a pre-printed badge, visitors will be allowed through all main doors to enter the school; if not wearing a preprinted badge, visitors must enter through the front office
- You will have to wait until 7:30 to enter the building
- All visitors need to leave by 9:00am to clear the parking lots for buses
- You will be able to check your student out from your child’s classroom – see the teacher to sign for them to leave with you.
- Please no siblings – no strollers, no older siblings that are now at SCM or SCH due to overcrowding and lack of space
